Classes

Our classes are an opportunity to take your practice to a deeper level, whether you are new to yoga or have a steady practice. All of our teachers are highly trained and continue their education on a regular basis and we celebrate the diversity of our instructors’ interests and backgrounds, therefore each teacher has a unique feel and focus to their classes.

If you’re brand new to yoga (even if you are an elite athlete), start from the beginning with a Level 1 class and progress at your own pace. You can mix and match teachers and classes as much as you want - many people take a wide variety depending on what is going on physically, emotionally, and mentally at any time.

If you are running late, please be considerate of your classmates and wait outside until the class is moving. Likewise, if you must leave early please have your things up front and do so before Savasana.
